Please look around and explore the various galleries.  I am afraid that there isn’t a lot on show at the moment but I will be extending both the range of subjects covered and the number of pictures substantially over the coming months so come back regularly.

There are actually two main galleries  - the galleries of my own photographs covering a variety of subjects and locations and (coming soon) the galleries of old postcards of Clyde River Steamer.

The collection of Clyde River Steamer postcards was gathered over many years and offers a fascinating insight into a bygone era on the Clyde.  I am presently working on this project and hope to have the first small selection available to upload soon. While my interest in the old steamers goes back to trips “doon the watter” when I was a nipper, I have to confess that I am no expert on the subject. But I am rapidly learning!

The other galleries are examples of my own work.   I have thousands of images, some recent some not so recent, which are hidden away in albums and seldom seen. I think it is time to make a few of these images more readily available not only to my friends and family but also to a new audience seeing them for the first time. I hope you find something you like and, hopefully, something of interesting among these pages.  Please let me know what you think of the pictures.
